How can Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) be successfully led and facilitated in schools? The LeaFaP Barcamp took place on 9 October 2024, hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Education Vorarlberg — both on site in Thessaloniki and online. In an open, participant-driven format, educators and researchers from across the project exchanged practices and ideas on leading and facilitating PLCs.
