Dissemination

How LeaFaP shared its findings across Europe.

Sharing what we learned was at the heart of LeaFaP. Throughout the project, the consortium worked to make its findings on leading and facilitating Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) accessible to educators, school leaders, and researchers across Europe — not only within the partnership, but well beyond it. Dissemination took many forms: academic conferences, an international barcamp, a series of online webinars, and the project’s own final conference.

The areas below document these activities and gather the presentation materials for download.

Final Conference

The LeaFaP Final Conference in April 2026 brought the project to a close, presenting its results and looking ahead to the future of PLC facilitation. It gathered researchers and practitioners from the participating countries for two days of exchange between science and practice.

Barcamp

In October 2024, an international barcamp in Thessaloniki and online offered an open, participant-driven space to exchange practices on leading and facilitating PLCs. Educators and researchers from across the project shared ideas and approaches in a lively, collaborative format.

Webinars

Between 2024 and 2026, three online webinar series shared the project’s findings across the participating countries. The sessions were held in the respective local languages, tailored to each national context, and designed to foster cross-regional dialogue.

Conference Contributions

The LeaFaP consortium presented its work at international academic conferences — including EARLI, DGfE, and ECER — sharing findings and fostering dialogue with the wider research community.

Project Flyers

Throughout the project, LeaFaP produced flyers in five languages — English, German, Greek, Norwegian, and Spanish — introducing its aims, activities, and outcomes to a broad audience.
