How can Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) be successfully led and facilitated in schools? Following intensive, cross-border research, the LeaFaP project team invites you to our international final conference at the University of Education Vorarlberg (Austria).
This event serves as a premier platform for the exchange between science and practice, highlighting innovative pathways toward a collaborative and reflective school culture.
What to expect
Join experts from eight European countries (Norway, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Greece, and Cyprus) for a high-level academic and practical program:
- International Keynotes: Gain insights and impulses from current European educational research.
- Research-Based Workshops: Explore the implementation of school and professional development processes through an inquiry-based lens.
- Innovation “Leading PLCs”: Introduction of the newly developed Modular Online Training program designed to enhance leadership and facilitation competencies in team processes.
