This learning outcomes framework defines the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes for facilitating Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), based on international research and fieldwork from the LeaFaP project. It covers seven key dimensions: relational, communication, collaborative, organizational, digital, learning and knowledge-building, and reflection and inquiry. Core competencies include effective communication, democratic leadership, critical reflection, and change management. The framework also emphasizes the use of digital tools, self-assessment of the facilitator role, and the need for tailored professional development to support reflective and inquiry-driven PLCs.
