How can Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in schools be successfully led and supported? Following intensive, cross-national research, the Erasmus+ project team LeaFaP invites you to its international closing conference at the University of Education Vorarlberg (Austria).
The event provides a platform for exchange between science and practice, highlighting innovative pathways toward a collaborative school culture.
What to Expect
Look forward to a high-quality program featuring experts from eight European countries (Norway, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Greece, and Cyprus):
- International Keynotes: Insights from current European educational research.
- Practical Workshops and Presentations: Deep dives into the implementation of school and professional development processes.
- Innovation “Leading PLCs”: Presentation of the newly developed online training program for leadership and management skills in team processes, with a specific focus on PLCs.
