Módulo 2 - Indagación, reflexión y construcción de conocimiento 

Bienvenida al módulo titulado “Indagación, reflexión y construcción de conocimiento” en una Comunidad Profesional de Aprendizaje (CPA).

El ejemplo siguiente destaca por qué es importante para ti, como facilitador:a, para construir los conocimientos, habilidades, y actitudes para involucrar a los miembros de la CPA in indagación and reflexión como procesos que apoyan construcción de conocimiento y evidence-based decisions.  

Durante una reunión del personaal, miembros de la CPA identify como problema principal that muchos alumnado a menudo misbehave by creating noise that interrupts teaching y by causing frequent conflicts con their peers during breaks. A lo largo de three sessions en este/a module, usted will develop the basic theoretical and practical knowledge of how para apoyar indagación y reflexión procesos en una CPA and también support miembros de la CPA’ aprendizaje profesional y construcción de conocimiento. In the 4^th session tendrá an opportunity para reflexionar upon el conocimiento que gained y how puedes utilize it in tu propio/a CPA contexto. 

The objetivo of these sessions is for you to achieve el siguiente aprendizaje outcomes: 

Indagación and reflexión: 

·        Understand how indagación y reflexión support aprendizaje profesional en una CPA  

·        Promote research, y support developing research herramientas y análisis de datos  

·        Guide members in reflecting on practices and aprovechando los datos para evaluation of practices, informed decision-making and planning  

Learning y knowledge building: 

·        Foster learning y colaborativo knowledge construction mediante resource sharing y dialogic practices en la CPA 

·        Facilitate the collective identification of knowledge gaps y aprendizaje profesional objetivos. 

·        Initiate y support colaborativo dialogue, peer observations, y shared reflections to expand the grupo’s knowledge base. 

In session 1, encontrará out about why indagación y reflexión are needed, qué they involve y how they can be facilitated en una CPA. The relations among indagación y reflexión will be exemplified con la presentation of action research como framework supporting these relations to foster critical awareness among miembros de la CPA and evidence-based decision-making procesos.  

In session 2, you será introduced in ways that you, como facilitador:a, can assist miembros de la CPA en la design of their indagación y reflexión. Obtendrás basic conocimiento sobre cómo to help miembros de la CPA raise preguntas de investigación y design or find suitable herramientas for data collection.  

Session 3 highlights the connection between indagación y reflexión y between reflexión and knowledge-building en una straightforward way. A práctico activity será used to demonstrate how you, como facilitador:a, can support a data-driven dialogue, the development of comprensión compartida among miembros de la CPA as well as an evidence-based design of the needed edagogical interventions to solve un problema or improve the educational situations miembros de la CPA confront. 

Session 4 will assist you to reflect sobre la knowledge you developed en la anterior Sessions y the ways it could transform your existing way(s) of facilitating CPA by guiding you to connect insights, herramientas, y experiences gained so far con your ongoing professional practice. Mediante self-assessment, reflexión, y practical indagación planning, usted will consolidate your learning, identify growth areas, and design a personaal roadmap for continuous development como CPA facilitador:a who supports evidence-informed, colaborativo learning y sustainable change.  

1. Introducción

¿Qué think about qué tu rol como CPA facilitador:a is? Would you agree that tu rol is mostly para apoyar miembros de la CPA en su thinking y actions by providing them guidance, práctico solutions y give them retroalimentación on their decisions y actions?

En esta sección, you will learn how tu rol como facilitador:a is different from that of a “provider” of guidance y solutions to miembros de la CPA.
