Accessibility Statement

The LeaFaP consortium is committed to making this learning platform accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Measures taken

  • Full keyboard operability, including a “skip to content” link and a visible focus indicator.
  • Transcripts for all audio dialogues and for the card animation, each in the page language.
  • Subtitles enabled by default for embedded YouTube videos, plus guidance on choosing a subtitle language.
  • Content in six languages with correctly declared page language.
  • Reduced animations when the operating system requests “reduce motion”.
  • Clear, consistent navigation with modules, sessions and a table of contents.

Known limitations

  • Some embedded content originates from word-processor exports and is not fully semantically marked up.
  • Some images do not yet have meaningful alternative text.
  • Downloadable documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint) are partly not fully accessible.
  • Third-party videos do not provide subtitles in every language.
