Das Erasmus+-Projekt LeaFaP unterstützt Schulen dabei, Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklung durch Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) systematisch voranzutreiben. Diese Plattform bündelt die Materialien des Konsortiums aus neun europäischen Hochschulen und Bildungsorganisationen — frei zugänglich, mehrsprachig und didaktisch aufbereitet.
The Erasmus+ project LeaFaP supports schools in advancing teaching and school development through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). This platform brings together the materials of a consortium of nine European universities and educational organisations — openly accessible, multilingual, and didactically prepared.
El proyecto Erasmus+ LeaFaP apoya a las escuelas en el desarrollo de la enseñanza y la organización escolar a través de las Comunidades de Aprendizaje Profesional (PLC). Esta plataforma reúne los materiales del consorcio de nueve universidades y organizaciones educativas europeas, de acceso abierto, multilingües y elaborados didácticamente.
Το ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ LeaFaP υποστηρίζει τα σχολεία στην προώθηση της διδασκαλίας και της σχολικής ανάπτυξης μέσω των Κοινοτήτων Επαγγελματικής Μάθησης (PLC). Η πλατφόρμα συγκεντρώνει τα υλικά της κοινοπραξίας εννέα ευρωπαϊκών πανεπιστημίων και εκπαιδευτικών οργανισμών — ανοιχτή σε όλους, πολύγλωσση και διδακτικά επεξεργασμένη.
Erasmus+-prosjektet LeaFaP støtter skoler i å videreutvikle undervisning og skole gjennom profesjonelle læringsfellesskap (PLC). Denne plattformen samler materialene fra et konsortium av ni europeiske universiteter og utdanningsorganisasjoner — åpent tilgjengelig, flerspråklig og didaktisk tilrettelagt.
Die Inhalte sind in fünf Modulen mit jeweils mehreren Sessions strukturiert. Jede Session kombiniert kurze Einführungstexte, Videos, Audios, Reflexionsanlässe und Werkzeuge für die direkte Anwendung in der Schule.
Content is organised into five modules, each with several sessions. Every session combines short introductions, videos, audio, reflection prompts and tools for direct use in school.
Los contenidos se organizan en cinco módulos, cada uno con varias sesiones. Cada sesión combina introducciones breves, vídeos, audios, propuestas de reflexión y herramientas para su uso directo en la escuela.
Το περιεχόμενο είναι οργανωμένο σε πέντε ενότητες, καθεμία με πολλές συνεδρίες. Κάθε συνεδρία συνδυάζει σύντομες εισαγωγές, βίντεο, ηχητικά, ερεθίσματα αναστοχασμού και εργαλεία για άμεση χρήση στο σχολείο.
Innholdet er organisert i fem moduler, hver med flere økter. Hver økt kombinerer korte introduksjoner, videoer, lyd, refleksjonsoppgaver og verktøy for direkte bruk i skolen.
Hinweis: Die Inhalte werden laufend ergänzt. Die englische Fassung ist derzeit am vollständigsten; weitere Sprachen werden Schritt für Schritt nachgeführt.
